Apprenticeships - Secondary

Finding an apprentice for your school can be a challenge. Our experience has helped us develop a unique approach that can address your specific demands.

The training and support your apprentice receives should be bespoke to your requirements and not limited to what the training provider can offer. Aspire build a framework to ensure your physical activity, PE, school sport and social emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs are supported in the most effective way.

As well as delivering the apprenticeship qualification, Aspire offer further support to ensure your needs are met and your apprentice reaches their full potential, including:

  • recruitment support
  • extra qualifications and workshops
  • regular communication and feedback meetings
  • access to an online platform to track progress and facilitate learning

With the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy, the Healthy Schools rating scheme and Pupil Premium, there has never been a better time to employ an apprentice.

For more information please call Dan on 0121 663 1979 or email dan.hays@aspire-sports.co.uk.

Qualifications

On successful completion, your apprentice will be qualified with industry-specific knowledge, understanding and competency to support the delivery, planning, organisation and assessment of learning of children in PE and sport in schools.

The qualifications completed as part of the apprenticeship are industry specific and relevant to your organisation.
